• SSAQ - Supplier Self Audit is sent out to the supplier and its response is risk assessed.
• Physical Audit - Depending on the risk a physical audit is carried out on the supplying site.

Generally speaking leading retailers state that all supplying sites must be physically audited unless a documented risk assessment justifies the absence.
