Global Food Consultancy provides GAP Analysis audits and BRC Consultancy to our clients internationally and in the UK to enable them to comply with the clauses set out in the BRC Global Food Standard.

Most food companies recognise the value of an independent expert auditing their systems to ensure they are meeting the requirements of the BRC Global Food Safety Standard.  

All our consultants carrying out the BRC v7 GAP analysis or BRC Consultancy are experienced BRC consultants.  

We currently offer the following BRC Consultancy packages to our clients;

• BRC GAP Analysis - Annual audit against the specific BRC standard where non compliance's are identified and corrective action plan raised.
• BRC Internal Audits - Global manages the clients internal audit programme and carries out regular internal audits against the clients paperwork systems, hygiene controls and GMP practices.
• BRC Consultancy - Global visits the client on a regular basis advising on systems implementation, HACCP controls and general GMP practices.

NOTE: The Certification Body will appoint an auditor to carrying out the BRC evaluation. The auditor must have the experience/knowledge of the products/processes produced by the company and must be independent from that company to ensure there is no conflict of interests.

Global Food Consultancy is  NOT a Certification Body and we are NOT accredited by UKAS.  We supply consultants who are BRC Approved auditors  and carry out sub contract work for leading Certification Bodies.
